Since I stayed home today, I had time to make a fruit salad that I had seen on Facebook. It was really tasty, and who doesn’t need more Vitamin C this time of year?

Servings: 4 – 6
1 pound fresh strawberries, quartered
4 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 mangoes, diced
2 bananas, sliced
12 ounces fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons honey
1 lime, juiced
1. Place sliced fruits in a large salad bowl.
2. In a small bowl mix honey and lime juice. Pour syrup over the fruit and mix.
