It’s springtime in Indiana and the yard is a muddy mess! Yep, that’s right. No verdant grass sprouting up. Only a few resilient tulips turn their blushing heads to the heavens.
All is well, though. The sludge is a result of progress. A garage/barn has been built in the backyard to house our cars and stuff.
But the loft has been charted as girl territory–a she shed, if you will. 🙂
The loft walls and floors are OSB which we decided to paint to create a more homey environment.
We still need to get some curtain rods for the curtains, and, of course, bring the furniture upstairs, but I rather like the echo-y atmosphere as it’s conducive to reverberating opera singing (which I’m sure the neighbors love). 😉
I think this is one of my favorite details.
